Kris did a wonderful job checking out our mysterious noise. He diligently checked the entire system, explaining as he went along. Although he found nothing wrong, it was worth the peace of mind to pay the service fee and know that our system is working correctly. I even got a quick tutorial on our new thermostat, learning how to use some of the features! Appreciated Mechanicals email with a photo of the technician plus tracking ability to see where he was. Kudos to Kris and Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

Very nice technician, and customer service has always been great here - whether scheduling an appointment or speaking with the technician. I also like receiving reminders via text and how they immediately email copies of invoices and performance checks. Top notch all around and will continue to recommend to family and friends.
